I smoke. My colleagues on my team are all 40 hours full time. I work 32 hours part-time. Our workloads are identical.
Smokers work faster because we know we have less time.

The problem wasn't with any of that, it was when you said a transgender woman is still a man. All I was trying to make you realise is, while that may be your opinion, it doesn't really need saying out loud in a public forum. It's an outdated view and would be upsetting to some people.

I am absolutely fine, thanks, my situation is well known by many of the long time forumites, I rarely mention it, although if I had seen that debate when it occurred I might have put my tuppence worth in. I might have even mentioned that none of our ladies section said they were offended when I was asked to be Lady Captain.
