Rake Placement in Bunker - Reader - I pulled up a FC

…and four years later I am still having to move rakes from stupid places they’ve been left by players or ignored by others in passing.

Golfers!
They will leave the rake where they exit the bunker.
Always been that way ,and no email from the club will stop them.

I got annoyed at this in just a friendly match so yes, you were correct! This a deep footprints get my water boiling constantly.

It seems to me that wherever one leaves a bunker rake someone is inevitably going to find it in " the wrong place:" so either leave it in the designated place, as required by the club, or, if there isn't one, just lay it anywhere, in or near, the bunker and let lady luck play it's part for following golfers.

Our rakes have signs on them saying place in the bunker, big signs, which people ignore.
I much preferred when we had them on stands outside the bunkers.

What about the holes it leave when you throw it back in ? Its why I leave them outside, to the side of a bunker.

Some courses do have a notice/label on the shaft of their rakes " Please leave within the bunker " so simple .
