I dislike it intensely. When someone is in the thick kikuyu around the green but one club length not nearer the hole takes them on to shorter stuff, you are thinking,what the FFFF?

On the fairway in South Africa, not a problem. One club length placing . Different golfing traditions in different countries but I really dislike it when I'm there.

Is that why Gary Player was so successful?
