Don't worry about your divot being to the left, it should generally be a tiny bit left anyway for a neutral path. If it's as far as 10 o'clock that's excessive, but 11 or so is fine.
What you need to look at first is the face to path relationship. It looks like your problem might be stemming from an open club face at impact. Strengthen your left hand slightly and report back, you should find the ball will start a touch more to the left and fade back towards the target line.
Modifying swing path is very much a personal thing, I can move mine between +3 and -3 fairly easily, but I spend a lot of time on the range working on shot shaping. There's a handful of quite easy drills to learn to move it around, but sort the grip and club face out first.
