Superb climax to the event. Pleased for Tommy although I would have liked Mcilroy to win for an extra point or two in the fantasy team.

Kinda feel Rory threw that away with a couple of errors in there though.

McIlroy only made a few errors all week but they were big ones. Flawless golf otherwise. A left miss seemed a big issue with the dropped shots. Guess there's always a little bit of rust after Xmas and getting back at it no matter what level you're playing at

Tommy's putting has let him down in the past, and I expected him to slide the putt on the 18th, past the hole. So well done.

I forgot because there was no cut he'd actually be getting money

So shot +53 for the tournament and paid €7,289

Yep - being blunt not many in the Middle East care about golf and certainly don’t have many that watch or play it
