PB, comp win and a cut! Good day!

Played in the comp this morning!

Started double bogie, par, double bogie!

Then a run of bogies up to the 8th! A great birdie followed by a triple for an average 46 front nine!

Started double bogie then bogie, then another great birdie on the 12th, two in a round, I've not done that before in a comp!

Steady for the rest spoilt slightly by a double on the short par 3!

Ended with a scrambled bogie on the 17th and a good par on the last!

I don't add up as I'm going, not putting pressure on myself but I knew I had played and scored well!

41 on the back nine adds up to a PB of 87, net 66!

The result is in and I won on count back, HC reduced to 19.1 which was my goal for the whole year!!,

The comp was used as a qualifier for a BMW sponsored 'road to Ryder cup' comp where the winner and runner up get to play at royal birkdale in a regional qualifier......

That could be fun!!!
