The problem with golf is that a golf club can mean the whole course and associated infrastructure and membership, or a single implement for hitting a golf ball. A tee can be a prepared area of ground or a small wooden or plastic peg to place your golf ball on when teeing off. Don't take it too personally Chris when you, as a Vet, will now be accused on here of being the main cause of slow play, never letting anyone through, leaving pitch marks and divots unrepaired, not sanding divots on tees, being disrespectful to captain, committee, and juniors, ignoring (or lusting after) the ladies, not supporting the bar and/or canteen - at least with your own money

I love playing with the other old doddery so & so's. Nice thing is, even my drives look a decent length when compared with the majority of 'em!
