Cup of coffee, couple of roll ups and then step on to the tee.
Never set foot on the practice putting green (as they are never like the greens in use).
The only time I feel at a disadvantage is when it's my turn to putt first on the first green.
I will usually pick up the speed of the greens by other peoples first putts.

Always get to the club 1hr before tee time.

Cup of coffee, about 15 minutes on the putting green, 10 minutes in the net but if I'm hitting it sweet I come out straight away, sign in and then a good 15/20 minutes on the chipping area, a few good swings at the 1st tee once the group in front has started to walk off down the fairway like a Red Arrows formation team and I'm good to go ;)

15 mins in the nets, normally hit every club 2/3 times in varying order. Then 15 mins on the putting green.

Like some of the other guys I dont consider it to be practise, more just warming up.

45-60 minutes. Have a set routine including stretching initially then 20 minutes hitting through the bag. 10 minutes in the bunker and then chipping and putting before I go out. Also allow 5 minutes to make sure I have signed in, got a card, pencil, tees and a visit to the facilities. Air of calm on the 1st knowing I've done all my preparation and then carve the first OB.

About 30-45 mins ish, get iron out of the half rotation shots, getting the body nice and loose. Try not to worry about the shots too much (never happens!) then chip and putt before walking to the 1st.

About 30-35 minutes.

10 mins pitching at the short game area,

15 mins hitting 20 balls, 1 or 2 with each club just checking my stance and alignment plus seeing which way my shots are going. Taking my time between shots, going through my full routine.

then 10-15 mins chipping and putting, working again on just ensuring my stance and alignment are on as well as getting a feel for the roll.
