I think lots of little things can make a difference - not necessarily in the space of one shot or one hole - but certainly over a round. I'm doing a little tweak to my putting prep - won't help every putt but has already helped I think on some putts. Also doing tweaks to my bunker play - again only helps if I'm in bunkers but it looks positive - but the thinking I'm applying has benefits I think for short lob-pitches as well - and again it has worked. Cleaning grooves after a shot - focusses mind on something other than the result of the shot - and good for next shot using that club. Making sure I have a dry towel hanging from underside of my brolly; taking my glove off between shots when it's raining (obvious yes) - and using my Tommy Armour head when deciding on the next shot to play (play the shot you can play best).

So lots of easy and little things - but not all over the one shot :)

I used a trolley sunday and so my trolley bag, forgot my lucky pitch repairer (it does occasionally get used) & my club cleaning brush that clips on.... it deffo annoyed me but not as much as my shocking good hole/crap hole round :p

spend 10 minutes the night before marking balls, checking everything is there. Drink, mars bar/banana for half way they all make a little difference

remember the 7 P's P Poor Preperation produces P poor performance!
