I enjoyed being able to dip in and out of watching on the LIV app this weekend. Probably one of LIV's better ideas!

I don't give a hoot about TV contracts. It was easy to dip in and out when I was busy in the evenings - all at the tap of 3 buttons on my phone.

Giving away something for free because nobody is willing to pay you for it isnt exactly a brainwave, nor recipe for success.

Just seen the results for the first LIV event of the year - less than half the field of 48 were below par - the last 6 were in double figures, last place +23!!!!! I thought I had clicked on a monthly club medal by mistake. Some of these won' t be getting new contracts next year if they don't buck their ideas up.

Certainly the down side to no-cut gameplay. Imagine motivating yourself for a third day of pain after 2 rubbish rounds

Now being reported Liv is to get OWGR ruling in July.
Was last reported to be happening around The Masters.
Also being reported pts might be back dated to return some players to what's thought as a more realistic position in the rankings, that must mainly be for DJ I would have thought.
Not sure where Cam Smith will be by July but defo a wrong position for his game.

That doesn't say that they are likely to be successful and no mention of them being back dated. Frankly I have more chance of winning The Masters, than OWGR points being back dated.
