So, we've had a decent number of results in so far. The complete results are:
1. Masters (8.8)
2. Open (8.4)
3. Ryder Cup (8.3)
4. US Open (7.2)
5. USPGA (6.7)
6. WGC / Sig Event (5.0)
7. DPWT (3.0)
8. PGAT (2.7)
9. LIV (2.0)
Just in case a couple of results might have skewed things (JamesR had 10 for everything except LIV, which was 0, while Barking Mad gave 0 for everything), the results would be:
1. Masters (9.5)
2=. Open (9.0)
2=. Ryder Cup (9.0)
4. US Open (7.6)
5. USPGA (7.0)
6. WGC / Sig Event (5.0)
7. DPWT (2.6)
8=. PGAT (2.3)
8=. LIV (2.3)
The Ryder Cup would have been top of both lists, had it not been for our resident Aussie giving is a 2
Our resident’s Aussie’s 2 for the Ryder Cup is an outlier too. Not wishing to sound dismissive, I’d exclude his 2 too.

Well, I could. But I figured he was genuinely not interested in Ryder Cup, so felt it was fair to include his score. All about the audience. I reckon had I posted this in an American forum, The US Open and PGA Tour would have done much better, and DP World Tour not so much.
I'd have loved to create a separate Thread as a poll, but I don't think the Poll options allow you to give scores. They just allow you to tick one or more Poll Options.

There's some great events across the year - I still really like The Players and The Phoenix open on the PGAT in particular - but the Majors win every time and the Ryder Cup beats all if its a RC year.

Seems that way.
Does anyone know how broadcasters pay for the rights to golf? I assume there are separate packages:
1. All PGAT Events
2. All DP World Tour events
3. Ryder Cup
4. Solheim Cup
5. Each Major Separately
6. LIV
Is the above correct? And, if so, I know that no-one has picked up LIV yet, but does anyone know how much (Sky) pay for each for UK rights?
