How do you identify your ball?

I either mark them with "thecraw" or "bawbag" on them.

I use two orange dots, or three if it is a provisional. I remember once playing a provisional which had the same markings and number as my original and it ended in the same area of rough. Because they were both marked the same I couldn't determine which was the original and which was the provisional.

Use a green sharpie to put a shamrock to the RHS of the logo. Although it can be still hard to find on the beach...

A long time ago after sufferning from some numpties picking up or playing my ball instead of their own, it's possible that I may have marked it in nice big bold letters something to the effect of fork off and find your ball.
