Just found out from golfnet (Irish golfing union website that tracks all scores in local and open comps, a little like HDID) and the CSS was 70, I was -9 which gives me a 1.8 cut and back down to 7.9
A little disappointed though if I can go out next week and play to this at least I'll be a litle happier.

What made me smile coming off the last green was the thought that I went out without the woods last week and hit an 82, had the driver with me yesterday and shot a 72, there was me thinking my longer clubs were putting me into too much trouble. Time will tell though.

I couldnt possibly aspire to be that infamous with the sombrero fella!
I started playing again 4 years ago after a 6 year lay off and each year bar last year the handicap increased from 6 to 9 (still had the occasional good round)then touching 10 this year for a fortnight. Hopefully this is me heading back in the right direction now.

LOL 3 2's and our captain decides yesterday was the day to have a hole in one! He kept that one quiet!
Still, I was confirmed winner by a few shots and that (and the 2's will get me a new pair of shoes when the time comes or whatever.
