I have actually warmed to him a lot more as he's gotten older and I'd loved him to have gone all the way in the Open the other year. Just at the time he seemed to always be beating my favourite players

Not matching Tiger is a harsh reason not to like someone considering Tiger is far and away the best player of his generation and arguably the best that has ever lived. You might also be surprised to learn that when they've been paired together they are all square. Still it's your dislike list

Oh dont get me wrong I think Tiger is the best thats ever played the game. I just dont like what comes to my mind when I think of Mickelson, all I can see is the massive flop shots, and the poxy video that comes round at masters time when he says how he didnt tell bones he found a 3 foot gap in the tree. Its like so what you pulled it off would you really be telling us this if you had hit the tree instead. Just dont like watching him play or how people rave about him comparing him and tiger when he hasnt done no where near as much.

Well there are a few where I can explain why but one I can't is Geoff Ogilvy.

Could be a really nice guy but when he won the US Open a few years back I just thought "oh no". Wanted Phil or even Monty to win that year, two guys that have featured heavily on this thread in their own right!

i'm going to add hunter mahan.... blubbed like a girl over that duffed RC chip, yet i recall he hold a long putt in the singles against casey in 08 and danced across the green like he was janet jackson... subsequent to that holed putt then then immediately dunked his t shot on 18 into the drink to square the match...

karma really seems to have it in for him...

the other 3 of the "golf boys" came across as right trumpets for that daft video as well...
