Now there is a bit of a backstory to this....
They guy who was updating the boards was in the club on Wednesday...
I'd just finished playing and had just come in for a bite to eat when I saw him about to start Fragger's board.
I jokingly asked him if he could put I instead of P as it would wind him up.
Had Fragger been there he would have done it as he said changing the I to a P afterwards was easy..
Then he looked at the name he had on his list...it wasn't Fragger..it was the winner of Div1..apparently, in the past, this comp was only available to win if your handicap was 24 or lower..you could still play off a higher number but couldn't win.
Fragger's index was 22.something but his playing handicap was 27 so the office, mistakenly, put the next player on the list.
I thought "Fragger's not going to like this" and by the time we left the other name was on the board...
I messaged Fragger with the info and he got onto the office in about 0.001 seconds to try to get things put right..
Which they did, as can be seen......hopefully, that wall will be covered up by partitioning that comes out on occasions...it's kept in that corner and ill be moving it in front of his board tomorrow........
