I'd like to think every club has it posted somewhere but to be honest what number of players at your club/s don't know the points listed (leaving aside that No 5 is a complete fallacy that keeps getting trotted out because it sounds good)
Seriously who are these golfers that clog up every course every weekend and are unaware of these points
I don't think they exist (certainly not in the numbers responsible for the global scourge that is slow play)
What does exist is players who know about and wont follow pace guidelines and its this that needs to be tackled
Its not an awareness issue its a compliance issue
