GM Centenary Society...golf days...bag tag...ballmarker...etc

Mike,
have to agree with Brendy nothing on the Irish side. As Ardee is featured as a centenary course could you not do something with them.
Although located in the North East of Ireland, for Brendy it would be less than a 90 minute drive, Dublin airport is less than an hour drive. In summer it is a fantastic course. They are also a really decent club.

There will be an event in June matey (as I mentioned, Ballyliffin, fingers crossed), Ive asked Mike if it could be considered the qualifier. Getting to forest of Arden is easy as it is right beside Birmingham airport and flights aren't expensive, especially a few months in advance.

All depends on whether it would fit in with GM though Mike said they will hopefully support us at least as an event anyroads.

Cheers Brendy, looking forward to June, I have it pencilled in for time off work.
Just thought with Ardee being 100 years old, and mentioned in Gm it might be an option.

On the Poll the east coast came second preferred, most folks picked the north coast/Donegal. Very few of us are from that area so should be a good old Jolly!

Hanbury Manor for me please.
Just under 100 miles from here so a "late" tee time would be favourite, give me chance to have a limber up and a couple of fags before I knock off
;) ;) ;)
