As a golf club member, aged 75, when can I play off the forward tees, using relevant indexes and my handicap, to determine the number of shots?

As soon as those tees have been rated for your gender - this is dependent on your club requesting such a rating from the county union, the date when your course is scheduled to be re-rated (courses are re-rated on a 10-year cycle), and the availability of the rating team to perform ratings outside of the normal cycle (if your course isn't due).

Your course may already be rated for all sexes off all tees but your club may not as yet asked for them to be added to the WHS portal.
Check the course rating data base to see if this applies to you. If this is the case you can work it out but you cannot submit scores for handicap purposes until the club asks for them to be added
