During the winters 9 hole comp, our pro comes out with coffees.. keeps it warm. It is just wet & warm, so disappears between two shots. During the Christmas comp, he swaps it for mulled wine..

Winter makes sense, dont get me wrong I like my coffee but it's not something I've ever drunk on the course, doesn't seem like much of a thirst quencher that's all. I thought we all drank water like proper athletes.:mmm:

I like a coffe on the course too.
Our 10th tee is outside the pro shop so will often get a hot tea or coffee in the winter when it's cold. If keeps me going if I'm doing OK and is like a warm hug to keep trying if I'm chopping it round.

Private clubs should be allowed to set their own rules regarding drinking on the course. It’s really pleasant as long as it’s done responsibly.
