Clothing for winter Golf?

(Titleist or Mizuno seem good for the mitts)

I have the titleist mitts and the are the bees knees, fleecy lined and have magnetic cuff so easy to get on and off.

I just bought a nike base layer turtle neck top for 21quid and nikes storm fit suit, price matched at direct golf wallesy for 70 picked up the nike cold weather mittens too

Already have under armour base layer pants and a under armour full head ballaclava like spec ops wear lol

All that should keep me warm i hope lol

Thermal base top & thermal long johns from Matalan- less than £20 for both and kept me toasty when it was -15C to -11C (according to the car before and after the round). Thermal socks under my normal ones were a good idea too.

Underarmour do a coldgear and a warmgear. I have no idea if the warmgear stuff works when it's hot, but I've always found the coldgear to be more than warm enough as an extra layer.

Check to see you've the coldgear not the warmgear!

Depends how cold it is, I guess. Last winter I was good with that as a baselayer, thick polo shirt, midweight jumper and waterproof (when necessary) or thick jumper when dry.

Usually a base layer, polo jumper, thin cotton polo and a woollen jumper plus a woollen hat. Mitts for keeping the hands warm between shots. I've a pair of Glenmiur fleece lined trousers which are ideal but to be honest I don't feel it too much on my legs or my feet

Decided to at least get out when its dry this winter to try and keep the game and body moving, especially the short game.

I hate the cold so can all you hardened Warriors recommend clothing thats very effective for wind and cold please?

Theres a guy at our place that plays in shorts and t shirt ALL year, and when he is finished gets changed in the clubhouse and walks down for a swim in the ocean after every game! Bet he doesn't get fussed about base layers and mitts
