Got my first ever two birdies in a row last night... sweeeeet! Had a few birdies before, but not two in a row. Both on quite difficult holes as well! :) :)

Started off with two double bogies then went on and was only 3 over for the next 13 holes!

I got given my new handicap from my new club last week and i'm embarrassed by it... 20! I'm just waiting for the shouts of "pedro". :(

Very nice. However, it does not beat birdie eagle eagle :D when playing for school

Nice going, one birdie would make me happy these days.

Closest I've got was the first and second holes at my old club. Birdied the first once, (short par 4, good start), then putt for birdie on the par 3 second just missed.

I have had 4 birdies in a row on about 6 occasions 4 of them times where 15, 16, 17, and 18 so only had 2 attempts at the 5 birdies and lipped out on 1 of them.

Two in a row and playing off 20...........riba riba riba.

precisely. i don't get it either! out of my 3 cards, two were mid 80s (one had an nr) and the other was 92 from the medal tees in absolutely shocking weather. Only thing i can think is that during my rounds i never had any really stand out holes, but never had any blobs either.

hey ho... on we go!

Golf is great, one of the few sports where you can play like a pro one day and like a tube the next.
I've had 7 birdies in 9 holes before, 6 in a row then par, bogey and finishing with a birdie. Needless to say I won that day by a few shots.
As a leveller I've started birdie eagle eagle birdie to be 6 under gross after 4 holes and still only ended up 6 over gross, dropped 12 shorlts in as many holes, talk about disgust at the time! Haha

I've had four in a row twice now, 15-16-17-18 and I also did 1-2-3-4 and then missed a pretty short one at the 5th. I did get to five under but dropped a couple when I had a chance at a 29 front nine. One day .....

Can't remember the last time I got back to back birdies but I know I went to the birdie bank regularly at Wimbledon Common and when AR was in the racecourse. Not necessarily together but a few per round were the norm

Well done slugger. I've done it once before in a comp. 9 over on the front then birdied 10 & 11 and missed a 12 footer on 12 for 3 in a row.

Closest I've got since is birdie, par, birdie on our 1st 3 holes.

I managed 2 on the bounce yesterday on the 7th & 8th.
I was 1 under par at that point, but came off the 11th 4 over.
I did, however, manage to remain at 4 over for the rest of the round, so hopefully that'll be at least a 0.4 drop on the handicap.
4 birdies in total for the round and 4 or 5 birdie putts & chips which just missed the hole.
