I'm pretty sure you can't use Royal Mail 1st class for items such as golf clubs ? I've always had to send them by "Standard Parcels".

Thats how i understand it Karen, your handicap would have been adjusted off the handicap you would of had after yesterdays comp.

We had a gross 62 (-9) at our place on saturday. +2 handicapper, so had to give 2 shots back to the course for nett 64.

The small tins of enamel that you can buy from model shops are ideal. Make sure the club is clean and dry, put the paint on with a small brush, then wipe with some tissue wrapped around a flat edge (ruler is ideal). HTH's
