I had this problem before my injury, I was off +2 having to make 2 birdies before you start to score for real adds pressure and forces you to push early on, I remember 1 round where I shot a gross 68 and finished 14th :confused:
I generally use to the winter to groove changes and build strength, but in my opinion you must get out there occasionally as if you are working on something all winter that doesn't work for you out on the course it will take a long time to undo it later
in my opinion, Mark Crossfield is very good, he clearly has a massive in depth knowledge of the sport, and not just the mechanics but actually he is also very good at encouraging people to just get out there and play more. Just my 2p
