There are players on tour who know who it is, as they will tweet in. Seems as though it's a good bit of banter. Reminds me of when everyone was trying to find out who The Stig was

Exactly that - it seems the pro's are enjoying it , the magazines are getting involved and enough are being connected to it

I've no desire to publicly out him/her, whoever is behind it obviously enjoys keeping up the facade and I wouldn't want to take that away.

I just would rather not see a publication I've got immense respect for get taken in by it.

You have already publicly stated on this thread that he is a fraud so you can publicly provide the proof to back up your suggestion

You don't know who it is - so you don't know if it's a pro or not.

I have a feeling Mike has the nous not get taken in by a fraud. If he does he can always give him a straightener.

You're right - I don't know who is behind the account. But I do know is that they are not who they purport to be. If this account was an actual tour pro, they wouldn't have made these mistakes.

All I'm trying to do is save GM some embarrassment from entertaining an imposter. At least the Stig was an actual racing driver.

Yes richart you are correct - I am sure Mike is wise enough to not get taken in.

But you never know right? People get deceived all the time. It happens.

And when you see the potential for someone / something you care about to get duped, you want to try to make them aware of the full picture. Just trying to look out for others.

The account could be more than one person. It would only take a few of the pro's to get together and tweet what / when they want to make it seem a bit of a re-hash / no original pics etc.

I bet there are a group of 'em sitting around having a great laugh about it! Especially if they know the passion some people are putting into finding out!

Reading John Grahams timeline and he follows the Secret Pro and appears to be very bitter towards him - maybe a bit jealous of the guys attention
