Who's watching the Liverpool match?

In his whole career he has managed to win zero major trophies - nothing , nada , zilch

A draw is a good result for him

Still shudder at the site of him sitting in the dugout scratching his chin looking utterly helpless

Right Back is one of our weakest positions IMO. Kyle Walker is about the best we have. If it's so bad that Johnson is 1st choice then we might aswell not bother.

If you're referring to Blackburn I'd suggest you look at the circumstances. Firstly, they had finished 13th and 16th I believe the two years before he took over. Including being bottom for some of that time. He actually got them into Europe in first season before it fell apart. Most managers with careers as long as him have blips. He also managed inter to relative success as well as leaving both his into posts having got sides to their highest ever rankings. He's no shankly or Fergie. But he has most Definately earned his career to date.

So in his 39yrs of management he's won 2 trophies, a dodgy danish league title and an italian equivalent to the milk cup being his highlights, Hardly Mourinho is he

He "deserved" his chance at liverpool according to some and his tactics, selections, training methods, team talks were as old as him.

He's a dud and he's used all the excuses around the euro's in 2012, this world cup will be His team with HIS tactics and HIS qualification campaign, but i'll guarantee he'll use the excuse of not having Walcott.

Which Chin?

He's got more Chins than a singapore phone book!

You can't always judge someone on trophies won. Otherwise that would make Wes Brown & John O'Shea legends. Shearer & Lineker rubbish.

Well as long as he gets us out te group and wins 1st round he's done as well as most for 50years. So not too much to achieve. Re his trophy haul, they're aren't too many English managers that have a huge list if trophies to their names that I can think of. But as you're both Pool fans he could find the cure to cancer and you'd still hate him, as he stole the job from your beloved Kenny and kept him out for 4 months. Of the options England had for manager. I'd have taken him every time.

:D

I'm still amazed and disgusted that we got rid of Rafa and employed the owl faced dud

Yes, lets sack a european cup winning manager to replace him with an old dud whose won a 2 mickey mouse comps in 37yrs.

We all know Roy was appointed by his mate "martin" and employed as a yes man to sell that club.

That is exactly what happened.

You realise you then sacked a cup winning manager and replaced him with someone who has won how many trophies.........

Stole the job from Kenny ?

Rafa was manager before him not Kenny

He is a poor manager and he showed it with us , he also insulted the Liverpool Fans and dismissed previous managers achievements

He was a shocking appointment who had done nothing to earn the job

I know he came before Kenny, but only as Kenny got refused. Then Pool but bullet and brought him in. He was poor with you, but that doesn't make him poor overall. I'm sure WBA and Fulham would rather he hadn't left them.

You've changed your opinion, if Roy was as great as you've mentioned the minimum he should be doing is getting England to the semis as he got Switzerland to 4th in the world after all.

I couldn't care less about England tbh but it will be funny to watch the clueless blagger bluff his way through games.

As for Kenny, I only wanted him back because he WAS the better option out of the 2 of them, which results proved he was.

Hodgson isn't fit to lace Kenny's boots.

Kenny was refused ?! He didn't even go for the job - he was an ambassador at the club

That's utter nonsense - simple as that

Hodgson at West Brom and Fulham is his level alongside the likes of Fat Sam and big head Bruce

If he hadn't earned the job then surely Rodgers didn't.
