I find the 19th at most courses are designed with me in mind
17th at Carnoustie. I still can't hit the right club off the tee, and if I lay up well short it leaves a massive 2nd to the green. TBH there's any number of holes on that course... fantastic place!
Designed by Mother Nature.........6th hole @ Painswick - 200yd par 3 played from the top of painswick beacon down to a green which is formed natually by some mounds with a false front short left. No bunkers.
Wouldn't look out of place on the best of Open Rota courses.
Novel!First time I played Ardglass I was so determined not to go OOB right I managed to hit a massive high hook and I finished up on the par 5 that runs parallel on top of the hill. Played down that fairway before pitching back down the hill onto the green :whoo:
14th Old Course St Andrews.
