Weekend Thread (3/4 march)

So the weatherman is not giving good news for the coming weekend. What's happening around the country?

Down here in Hampshire looks like its gonna be wet for most of the weekend, but my plans have moved from the normal sunday game, as we have a captains AM/AM on Saturday (4 ball team, captains score counts for all holes, and two others) I've been asked to play by a couple of the guys I usually play with, and have learnt that I'm to be captain of the team !! Hopefully won't get too wet.

Looks like it's occasional showers here, but I'm still on the recuperation stage after my neck injury so can only manage 9 holes tomorrow morning. Will probably get a little bit wet but I'm not going to be out there for 4 hours in it. Mind you, the course is so busy tomorrow morning that 9 holes could take quite some time. Only playing as a 2 ball though so hopefully people will let us play through.

Looking wet here on the surrey\hampshire\berkshire border. i see the light rain shower forecast for tomorrow morning has now changed to heavy rain. Should be fun for the monthly stableford

Meant to have a medal Sunday but 1) it's not qualifying 2) the greens are dreadful 3) the course isn't much better

Now instead I'm working tomorrow as leaks have popped up everywhere and now Sunday I have to go see about our house as something important has come up. So be lucky if I get out
