Man on Fire released on Netflix today as a series, so starting that tonight. One of my favourite all time films likely to be spoilt, but worth a try.

Early thoughts are it didn't need to be named Man on Fire, nor the main character of the film be the same man, Creasy.
Yes, it's in the same location and a top ex CIA agent gone off the rails, but not being a like for like remake, or revisiting the previous story, it could perhaps stand on its own, but guess the title is to drive viewers.
Not bad into episode 2.

We are 8 in. Enjoyed it so far but the endings are always the trickiest bit. Like most series now, too many episodes dilutes the quality.Young Sherlock, losing interest with every passing minute, luckily we are almost finished
I'm feeling very similar to you about The Boys. I'm committed to the series though and I want to know what happens so I'll see it through. Major drop off in quality these last two series though.
