Always entertaining but heavily edited to make it more dramatic.

Does not suit you, sir.Sat having lunch at work and someone has put The Fast Show on the TV. I just don’t find the majority of the sketches at all funny.
Pottery Throwdown,
Okay, how the heck did someone who had a pot that didn't just crack but broke, win the Potter of the Week? They didn't even mention it. I expected her to be in a discussion with Bill for who goes home, not win the whole episode. Just odd.
To be honest I thought Bill had to go. Last in the skills test and his fountain wasn't great. The complete split in the border of the winning one didn't affect its performance and definitely aged it nicely
I agree that it was Bill's time but to completely gloss over a glaring break........and to give her Potter of the Week? That was too much
Agreed. Any of the three could win and I would feel happy. There is not a stand out person this time, largely because they are equally good. The stand is very high, all are nice people. What's not to like about thatUnusual for me not to have a favourite for the final. They all seem equally decent, and talented, human beings.
Wow. I thought the Fast Show was hilarious when I was young. A lot of sketch shows are hit and miss but that was the gold standard for me where almost every character and sketch was great. There were even a couple of character arcs that bordered on comedy drama with some decent acting from Whitehouse and Higson (the Rowley Birkin one where he sobers up, and the posh farmer who clearly loves his head groundskeeper).Sat having lunch at work and someone has put The Fast Show on the TV. The Fast Show, Harry Enfield and chums etc were the pinnacle of comedy when I was younger to. Having since seen snippets and a couple of episodes a few decades later, they don't even get a chuckle out of me. I think they're a good example of the times they were in but as people have got older those programmes just haven't aged well and don't hold an audience like they used to..Wow. I think part of the problem with watching the older comedy shows nowadays is we are watching them from the modern 'PC' point of view and we are almost scared to laugh out of guilt. The Fast Show, Harry Enfield and chums etc were the pinnacle of comedy when I was younger to. I'm not so sure I rarely feel guilty about anything and am often told i need to be more PCI think part of the problem with watching the older comedy shows nowadays is we are watching them from the modern 'PC' point of view and we are almost scared to laugh out of guilt.
