I just watched Dean Martin's 1978 roasting of Frank Sinatra , on YouTube.
So many of the biggest stars of the era taking part, really funny, highly recommend

It’s not the inspirational speeches that every character has to break into every 10 minutes or the fact that Burnham, inspite of being a Starship captain and having a Vulcan upbringing is so over emotional in every situation, it’s the lingering, loving looks they all have to give each other now! It just grinds my gears!

Gonna give Picard a go soon, bet there is none of that nonsense going on

Think I'm halfway through season 3 of Discovery but haven't watched it in over a year. Not sure if I'll every finish it. I do like Strange New Worlds and Lower Decks though.

Picard was OK, just got very, very corny towards the end.

Finished 3 Body Problem on Netflix, it was OK but nothing really happens in it.

Onto some Japanese thing now called House Of Ninjas that Netflix recommended. The dubbing is awful but I'm liking it so far.

Furies (Netflix) 8 episodes

French series set in Paris about Gangland in fighting and assassinations. Very good watch. Usual, knives pistols and machine guns with lots of dead bodies.

Fallout 3 is one of my favourite games of all time so obviously I enjoyed the show too.

Bit late to the party but just finished "Succession". Enjoyed it to start with, but by 'eck, it dragged on and was glad (relieved?) when we got to the end. Thought Brian Cox was good ...
