We have a couple of holes with blind drives where the group in front have to ring a bell to show that you are clear to tee off. Groups that do not ring the bell really annoy me.

We have a few of these. I got it in the neck from a member for not ringing them when I was in front playing on my own.
I argued that as I was well in front of them, even by the 2nd hole, I just thought it would be obvious!!! I was nowhere in sight. But I took his point. I certainly think we use them religiously on a sat/sun morning.

Hit a gap wedge into 138 par 3 today it pitched next to the hole then "show" spin but....... it screwed back into the bunker. That annoyed the hell out of me, even more so when I saw where the pitch mark was .
We have 4 holes with bells and I have had experience of waiting on a tee whilst the group in front proceed on to the next tee "ignorant £$*&@"

Other day was about to tee off when a 4 ball walked up to the tee to wait. Not one of them could keep quiet for 30 seconds while I played my shot - sent 2 in the water then turned around and smashed my bag out of anger (not clever I know) and looked at them - they shut up then.
