So i went out midweek last week and shot the round of my life, couldn't miss a thing, 89 shots (par 70) and 46 points stableford. Sat in the Bar thinking I couldn't have saved a single shot, it was an amazing round of golf (for me) The two guys I played with were great about it (didn't really know them but they are also members).

The crazy thing is that I went out on Sunday morning and shot an 88! for 44 points and won the roll up! but sat in the bar after that round I felt like I left a good 5 or 6 shots out there, what a strange game golf can be.

Not played yet this week but suspect ill be back to struggling to break 100.

You will be the talk of the club with 46 and 44 points in the same week.

Think I've found a portrait of you online.

Lol, it had been mentioned a few times. the Sunday roll up is a great bunch of guys and as a 28 handicap I give them 4 shots anyway as the roll up is max 24 handicap. They where all good natured about it. I should say that I shot 34 points on the Saturday as well. The course running long does obviously help a lot with it being so dry at the moment.
