I found it a bit bland. Been draining my caol ila, the last of my single malts. Started building up a collection of Spanish brandies

Any recommendations...especially those that might be darker, richer, fruity.....I'm a bit of a sucker for stuff aged in Pedro Ximenez or Oloroso sherry casks.

Just had a bottle of this delivered ready to warm me up over Christmas...
