I’ve heard of it, but never had it, what’s your thoughts….

The only Connemara I'm familiar with is a slightly peaty Irish single malt. Nothing special, but perfectly drinkable. You often see it in airport duty free shops, surprisingly cheap for a single malt.

Went last year, Twas very good, free samples everywhere, going by train, no way I’m driving back

Jura 10yo £22.50 in Tesco while stocks last. I've just snaffled 2 of them.
Apparently it's being replaced with a new 12yo as the standard. That is also reduced at the moment.

Fabulous weekend, loads of lovely whiskies from all over the place sampled, and lots of laughs.

I found it a bit bland. Been draining my caol ila, the last of my single malts. Started building up a collection of Spanish brandies

Talisker is my daily tipple. It's much more widely available than it used to be, and you quite often see it on offer in supermarkets. Wouldn't dream of paying £45.

I was gifted a 25 year old Glenfarclas in the summer and had the intention of leaving it until my 20th Birthday [in two years time]
Opened it the other night after a day of multiple good news and found it very nice.
