Not for me thanks, he’s done well with respect in a Mickey Mouse League.
Look what happened to Stevie Gerard and Brendan Rogers.
Nobody seems to want the poison chalice.
I’d take Graham Potter with his back room staff from Brighton

The same Brendan Rodgers that won a trophy for Leicester and also finished top 6 a number of times for them

Managers like Jose & Klopp really don’t set a good precedent on how to treat officials.
I'm not against passionate managers, but there's a limit past which action has to be taken! There's no excuse for Jose's action and Klopp has demonstrably lied! Fines should also be based on days or weeks salary rather than specific values. I've no idea what Mourinho is on, but the 75k fine for Klopp was less than 2 days salary! Perhaps sanctioning the club for the action of their manager - imagine if they were docked points - would be more effective sanction!

Unless you specify a time period, I'm calling BS on that!
I was meaning whilst he was there.
Premier League is super competitive and attracts the best managers in the world.
Rogers record ain't bad.
(I'm not a fan of him as a person he comes over as being very vain, but his managerial record is pretty good)

(y) Huge vanity seems to be a required attribute for a Football Manager!

I share your concerns about how well he will do in England coming from a less competitive league.

One thing I will say he does set his team up to play attacking football and doesn’t compromise on that which will make refreshing change from the last five managers.

It’s when he comes out with the “I thought we were superb today” after losing.
Wind it in mate, you were terrible 😂

One for Forest fans. They have released quite a number of players, as will other clubs on a smaller scale, but interestingly 2 are Henderson and Navas, their keepers. Now both were on loans so that would happen naturally but will either return? Do you have someone else lined up?

Both top keepers, big shoes to fill.
Aztecs27 is far more in the know than me (but who isn't?) but did see this. I know Navas was on loan, but was (am?) hoping we could hang onto him. I rate him. We did let in a lot of goals but the vast majority were defensive or midfield errors rather than his fault. Of the players now on free transfer, not that bothered about most - but a shame to see Jack Colback's name there.

I could not resist a wee snigger at your arrogant SPFL comment whilst you welcome Luton Town to your top division.;)
Apologies to Luton Supporters.(y)

Does anyone else miss fa cup final day that started at breakfast and was on bbc and itv?

Do I ever. Annual ritual of watching from dawn to dusk - almost. Cup Special Question of Sport and lots of other FA cup specials. Thing is that was when it was the only live match?? I can't be doing with a half hour build up these days...

Whatever any of us think about Manchester United and the hype they get I've just read an article which I thought was amazing. It seems that since 1937 they have played 4,208 games and in EVERY one of those matches there has been at least one player who has come through their youth system in their matchday squad. That is bloody amazing imo and one thing the club can pat themselves on the back about.
