Really, Paul. I was disagreeing about him being appointed before the end of the season. I didn’t think I had to spell it out.
Absolutely Billy, maybe it would send a message to some of the players that they are playing for their place in the squad etc under their “new” Manager

If they’ve made the decision, announce it.

Can Arsenal or Atletico live with either of these teams?...I know Atletico knocked out Barca but these two are operating at a different level in my opinion.
Ironic isn’t it the best 2 footballing teams playing today and the other 2 most boring teams play each other for the right to face one of these.

I don’t think either of them are equipped to compete against this.

Kvaratskehlia What an absolute baller of a player. Watching this seeing Olise, Diaz and Kvaratskehlia running at people and not afraid to lose the ball is absolutely football at its best. None of this boring premier league play at OAP pace and pass sideways.

Still disappointing that we sold Diaz as opposed to giving him a new deal 😢

And make precisely the same error they made with Solskjaer?

All parties - Ineos, the manager, staff, and players - know that this is likely to be resolved at the end of the season. That was the deal. And, for once, I suspect United’s hierarchy are going to adhere to the framework they, themselves, set out.

They set the same framework with Solskjaer and caved in because of a decent run of results. They stood to achieve very little by doing so, and in true Manchester United style they ended up looking utterly stupid because, having bowed to public opinion, fuelled in no small part by Ferdinand’s ludicrous “Olé’s at the wheel, man” remark after we’d somehow won in Paris, they presided over a football team which couldn’t then buy a result for the rest of the season.

Appointing Carrick now makes no sense on any level.

I hope Carrick gets the job as I believe he’ll be a great manager, but we’ll have to agree to disagree whether he should be announced now or in 4 games.👍🏻
