Yeah, lots of people have kicked out in the heat of the moment. I remember Maguire kicking someone towards the ad boards, but he doesn't get labelled. Eden Hazard kicked a ball boy but he didn't seem to get labelled a dirty player either. You've just got a vendetta against Son which is frankly a bit weird. He's no better or worse than any other top player.

I'm reading that it was all linked to a terrible summer:

Extended ETH by a year when he was on his last legs
Spent 200m plus and not one signing has been a success yet
Club finance in a mess and now they lack the funds to buy themselves out of it due to PSR

I genuinely thought that Ineos would bring stability, as of yet that's not showing through but these things do take time I suppose!

Yes Pickford caught him, but he was a goalkeeper going out to close down the ball and caught VVD, he was slightly late, there’s no intention to foul or injure VVD.

I'm curious why you thought this?
The cycling team they took over in rude health (sky) has gradually gone downhill to the point that it's barely midtable.
I'm not aware that any of their other sportswashing endeavours have been particularly successful.
Not sure I'd get my hopes up tbh.
