Hang on a couple of weeks and United can have Ange, something has got to change at Spurs.
Wouldn't call it obsessed, but I started watching football at 8 years old, circa 1992 - and have had to endure 25+ years of smug, glory supporting weapons at school (and later in laws) who chose to support United over their own local team(s), in a time where Fergie and United won just about everything.
This fall from grace is nothing short of wonderful.
Don't get me wrong. I'm not referring to anybody as obsessed who comments or has an opinion on it.Wouldn't call it obsessed, but I started watching football at 8 years old, circa 1992 - and have had to endure 25+ years of smug, glory supporting weapons at school (and later in laws) who chose to support United over their own local team(s), in a time where Fergie and United won just about everything.

100% deserves it for me, his records are unbelievable for club and country.Seen a lot of social media posts about Rodri winning the Balon D’Or
Taking it with a pinch of salt but would be be good to see a defensive player win - he is massive for his club and country

But, VVD still beat Mo in the Ballon D'Or, so not sure the point you are making where Mo got the plaudits?Yep - it’s a shame when these come up that most look at the attacking flair players as whilst they are key there is also others that are just as key
When we won the CL - Mo gets the plaudits where as VVD was out of this world and imo should have won in 2019 - as opposed to the lazy Messi vote
And you’d be whinging that everyone is obsessed
Spot on - its massive news in the sport
If the roles were reversed and it was Liverpool struggling and sacking managers then the United fans would be all over it just like they were when Rodgers was manager
Moving away from ETH and Man Utd
Chelsea and Nottingham Forest have both been fined for their part in the "mass confrontation" that occurred between their players in their game on Sunday 6th October.
It was an incident descibed as "handbags" by most onlookers.
No Nottingham Forest players threw any punches or attempted to slap any Chelsea players.
One Chelsea player attempted to slap a Nottingham Forest player.
You are all allowed one guess as to which club got a fine that weas over three times larger than the other club's.
Apparently because they refused to admit any blame - which is a bit silly if so - BUT I notice Jackson hasn't admitted slapping Morato and still hasn't been fined for it.How come they fined Forest more ? Was it due to accumulation of offences

Still seems a bit ridiculous that the punishment was THREE times that of Chelsea (who instigated the whole thing). If you're going to fine the teams for confrontation, you HAVE to fine the ONLY player who actually raised hands and slapped an opponent.
absolutely yes....they took previous fines and offences into consideration...How come they fined Forest more ? Was it due to accumulation of offences
Southerners ?Nowt as funny as southerners trolling each other about Northern Footy Teams

Chelsea...

(2) The club was also fined £25,000.00 for an incident that occurred in a Premier League fixture v Liverpool FC on 28 August 2021.
Forest...

(2) The club was fined £25,000.00 for an incident that occurred in a Premier League fixture v Crystal Palace FC on 12 November 2022;
(3) The club was fined £40,000.00 for an incident that occurred in an EFL Cup fixture v Wolverhampton Wanderers FC on 11 January 2023;
(4) The club was fined £55,000.00 for an incident that occurred in a Premier League fixture v Wolverhampton Wanderers on 1 April 2023; and
(5) The club was fined £75,000.00 for an incident that occurred in a Premier League fixture v Liverpool FC on 2 March 2024.
Seems that Forest struggle to learn their lessons and if you read the FA Report at the bottom of the article, sections 30 onwards, it is very obvious why the FA feel that forest deserve a bigger fine.
Ruud is bookies favourite for Utd Job.
Xavi 2nd
Southgate 3rd.
