After 8 games,4 teams yet to get a win.
Surprised no one’s been sacked yet.
Palace or Wolves to pull the trigger first? Close to ETH but he has bought himself a little bit of time.

I think the Palace one if the most interesting. Manager with a good pedigree, did well for them last season. They then sell a key player over the summer and they have not started well. Do they hold their nerve, trust in the appointment or bite the bullet? With no skin in the game as they say, I'd be holding my nerve a while longer but it is not my team so........

I wonder if j-lo had a clause in his contract because Sullivan isn't happy is the rumours

But then the talk is he only considered him for the normal reasons. FREE (being key) premier league experience and real Madrid on the cv

Sullivan can't ever look past this

We bring in a director of football but then don't give him much of a say in the manager, we also whilst bringing in a lot of talent did try the usual limit him to salt house clients as he is friends with Sullivan

I mean I really like AWB but he isn't a j-lo type fullback and again is a salt house client. So rather than working with the manager he gave his mate some money again

If j-lo has a break clause he will put him out of a job if he has to pay compo he will only do so if we are likely to go down

@PJ87 you guys are another interesting one. After so much progress under Moyes you have gone backwards this year. Have the players not adapted to the new style, is there a new style? Your comments suggest you have not bought that well.

Are you getting twitchy yet or do you expect things to come together?

The problem is there isn't a style, it's been different every game

Paquata is a massive issue ATM. He was our real box to box player but this betting rubbish has had an effect on his form. In turn we look awful in midfield. Teams just bypass the midfield

We have 4 very good defenders with a decent holding player but teams just bypass the midfield entirely making us leak goals

I'm liking the fact he makes changes in games .. but he needs to get they style sorted

Also he needs to drop Antonio and blood some younger players. If we are going to insist on Antonio just play ings. He can shoot and his passing is actually really good so can feed Bowen and the other winger

I'd like to see kudos up top or Bowen with kudos on the right

Summerville been criminally underused

For me JWP is the one. It was a transfer too many. Getting him out to get soler in (who does look a good player ) I think losing that premier league experience to bring on and also a blooming good set piece taker for someone who's only on loan and prob won't be staying

Im not worried , just not as looking forward to games as I should be. I mean we have 4 teams below us who are utter rubbish, at least we have 2 wins on the board

We need to just find a system and stick to it

Again at the weekend first half we were really good. 1-1 close game but 3 goals in 10 mins was awful , the first goal was unlucky off both posts and the own goal was unlucky however we oeft ourselves exposed for sons goal ..

Real shame but we have changed so much it's going to take time

Happy to give him the season

I reckon West Ham might sack their manager before long, bring in David Moyes to try and steady the ship :)

It's the same MO as always with Sullivan, can't bring himself to bring in the right manager always has to go for someone with a CV and FREE

MP for example was free when we signed him and had city on his CV.. we didn't renew Moyes contract (who did everything asked of him) then longed him off and brought in pellers , chucked a load of money at him and wondered why it didn't work

What I’ve seen of wolves they don’t look that bad,but no win in 8 is terrible.

In that case, it comes down to the owner holding their nerve then.

Saying that, their next games are Brighton, away, tough match. Then Palace and Southampton at home, Fulham away. They have to improve during that spell or he will be gone. They are the matches they have to do well in.
