I believe that for every international team, all of their coaching staff and so on should be from that country as well. I'm not really sure why it isn't. Take the Olympics as an extreme example, I don't even know if the manager gets a medal if they win, and if he does, does it count towards his country's total if he's from another nation? If you win the World Cup for example, you'd have professional pride but it's not the same as winning the World Cup with your own country, surely.Do all the haters saying we should have an English manager support teams that have a foreign manager? Should Manchester City fans be calling for Pep to be sacked and replaced by a Manc or should Liverpool only ever have a scouser in charge? Some people have very narrow minds when it comes to football
Surely he has enough money to get that one wonky ear pinned back now as well.Just watching the news conference. The combover is disappointing. As is the FA CEO's centre parting.

They might actually sing them more frequentlyI wonder if the England soccer fans will continue to sing their anti Gerrrrrman songs
Yep. Hearing him speak and immediately warming to him, I already feel dickish for my earlier observation.I wonder if we would be pointing all these personal things out if it was a woman.
What counts is can he do the job , not his hair .
Yes he’s English already!Purely based on this news conference, he comes across extremely well.
SorryI wonder if we would be pointing all these personal things out if it was a woman.

I would say that a lot of the GB Olympic team have foreign coaches - Mo Farah trained in the US, no one thinks that his 2012 medals should count towards the US medal total.I believe that for every international team, all of their coaching staff and so on should be from that country as well. But, the rules being as they are, I don't particularly care about us having a German or otherwise foreign manager.
I was against a foreign manager but I don't 'hate' it, or him now that we are there. National football is clearly different to club football. The idea being that it is the best players from that nation. Not a great extension to include a manager as part of that concept. Club football does not have that restriction. Different set ups.Do all the haters saying we should have an English manager support teams that have a foreign manager? I understand you have to draw the line somewhere, like the tea lady and the kitman and whether they all need to be English and so on. But I feel like the manager and his assistant are pretty fundamental to the operation.I would say that a lot of the GB Olympic team have foreign coaches - Mo Farah trained in the US, no one thinks that his 2012 medals should count towards the US medal total.
So excluding penalties still Englands all time top scorer?Fact of the matter is - it is a decision.
You're blinded by goal output of one man, 22 of those 68 are penalties, playing a striker with more legs could lead to a better spread of goals across the whole team - not just one man.
Did you see the clip where they asked who palmer would pick to take a pen to save his life?Cole Palmer is pretty handy from the penalty spot.
They don’t do squirmI really do hope Tuchel wins something with this squad of players, it would be delightful to see the Daily Mail squirm
