He did look ropey. HID didn't believe me when I told her it was Gazza. He still looks ill but good to see him out and about. Hopefully he can get continue to get himself the help he needs and get back on the right road.

A truly great footballer but goes to show that money , fame and talent do not always lead to a happy life.
he's a mere shell of the man he once was , arguably the most gifted player this country has ever known . Its depressing how mental illness bought on by addictions can completely change a once exuberant , outgoing man into n almost unrecognisable bloke.

His footballing genius , although memorable , will always be overshadowed by his subsequent demise .

I prefer to remember abilities on the park !!!

On a positive note well done to the BBC for giving him chance on MOTD2 and hopefully with the right people around him maybe, just maybe he's turned the corner and stays off the ale for good and makes a decent career out of it by being a pundit.

If lawro can do it then i'm sure Gazza can.
