Signed up for a gym membership again recently but realised I need a PT so I have some structure again. Just booked my first session for next Monday.
This coaching that I won is really helping me keep focused. I certainly need to get my backside in gear again. I've got Nutracheck as find that better. Well it will be if I start using it againThis coaching that I won is really helping me keep focused. I managed 10 full pull-ups tonight, in June this year, I couldn’t do 1
Just discovered that the garmin s62 offers a fitness tracker via the connect app. Anyone used it?
I use it via the Fenix 6X for all my activities, use most of the functions in the App, it also connects to other fitness/food apps. Really like it.Just discovered that the garmin s62 offers a fitness tracker via the connect app. Anyone used it?
