Nope, nor me. I assumed he was trying to start some new daft trend. I'd probably be wearing a stupid hat too if I'd had a skin cancer scare.

I only found out last week, one of the commentators said it.
I think he's unpopular because he speaks his mind, he spoke out about Tiger and how he was now more beatable (is that a word?) than before, he's spoke out about slow play to the point of leaving his playing parter behind as Craw alluded to. Maybe there's more to it, but in the interview after he won last week he seemed a humble and emotional person. I guess a health scare will do that to you.
