next Thursday at 0'dark the society sets off on its annual pilgrimage to pastures new, this year it's Wales. It's the first of these that I've done and am unaccountably nervous, far more so than meeting a crowd of forum names.
We're playing North Wales on Thursday afternoon, and some kind soul has me out in the first group (I think the tee time is a little optimistic!), then both Nefyn courses on Friday, followed by St Deniol on Saturday. (I strongly expect to sleep all the way back on Sunday.)

Obviously never played any of these so any assistance is welcomed
- yes, I am taking lots of balls!
- also getting a lesson to try to glue on bob's swing advice as I think straightish might be a fairly good idea (as opposed to uncontrolled left a lot)

Haven't you fixed that yet?

I see however you've got your computer sorted?

Hi Steve

Only played North Wales from your list not the best course but will put you in the mood for links golf.

1st hole.Par 4 dogleg left with a big fence on the left protecting some house's you will not be able to see the green for you second shot should be able to see the flag.

2nd hole. Par 4 difficult to get the right line but there is a sighting post sort of rightish off the tee once you are up to the post the hole opens up.

The course then becomes more open but there are still some blind tee shots to come.

The last few holes have your crossing other fairways two or three par threes together. there is usualy a wait here. so take you time.

hope this helps

Rick
