Red tees longer than yellows

Our 16th is longer off the reds than the whites. But its a par 4 off the reds at 220 yards and a par 3 off white at 190 yards and yellows at 175 yards. All uphill (rises probably 15 yards) to a two tier green.

Which tees are rated for men and/or women?

WHS recommendations are:-

Par 3 for men is up to 260 yards
Par 3 for women is up to 220 yards

Par 4 for men is 240 - 490 yards
Par 3 for women is 200 - 420 yards

CONGU was slightly different and had changed over the the years.

Presumably all tees have been rated separately for men and women. The Course Ratings will inevitably higher for women than for men.

They have been for men and I assume they have for women but have not actually looked.
