Ratings not in R&A database

If the club's website has a rating for a tee, for example, green at Circolo Golf but it is not in the R&A's database, can a score be submitted for an England Golf handicap? Bearing in mind that the chappie at my English club has to manually input such ratings anyway, I personally don't see a problem. But I don't make the rules. Knee permitting, we'll be playing this year, albeit in a buggy.

Sadly not all course ratings are available via the USGA's National Course Rating Database (The R&A lookup queries this) - indeed, some countries are missing completely (e.g. France, Spain).

In this case, since all Venezia's ratings appear on the FIG (Federazione Italiana Golf) handicap lookup, I think they're good.
