Just got into bed, all snuggled with my book. Wife gets in and I casually observe duvet is wrong way around.
"What do you mean?"
"Well, the pattern is going sideways, not lengthways."
Pause.
Out she gets and yanks duvet off.
"It's not really important is it??"
"Yes, our feet won't fit in".
Gets in.
Gets out, yanks it off again.
"What's the matter now?"
"It's upside down now, the buttons are up our end".
Thinks to self: "Only got yourself to blame you dozy t***"
"What do you mean?"

Back home after another delayed flight to Bristol and then a diversion through Bridgewater because part of the M5 was closed for reasons unknown.
But the real irritation was that the pair of women sat immediately behind us on the plane somehow managed to prattle on loudly and continuously for the entire 4.5 hour flight.

Must have been the same ones that were behind us when we went from Bristol to Berlin a couple of weeks ago
We learnt all about the daughter's driving lessons, who was seeing who at work and countless other tasty titbits. Good job it was only a 2 hour flight.£25 for a flu jab

Mine was free and the flu still hit me for six for over a week. Kept having to get out of bed at night to hold my ribs to be able to cough.£25 for a flu jab
So cough up!
