I tried that and for a massive red warning for inputting spam dataPublic sector client I am working with has a similar system. There’s no EDC validation and the data isn’t used for anything (basically out of the box default fields that were left in) so we just used 01234 123456 and it worked fine.

I started a Change Role at a very well known company a few years back who'd started the ball rolling in similar way. Most of the workforce hadn't used Skype (pre MS Teams) before either.
