Random Irritations

As I mentioned, it was the two quiet acoustic tracks that you could really hear them droning over, and we stand a bit further back than we used to as we're nearly 40 and not cut out for moshpits. šŸ˜„

It's just rude and annoying generally to talk over the band you've supposedly paid to see. Don't understand why you'd do that.
I agree, I also don't want to listen to people's tick tocks on the train and oft tell people to turn it off or use headphones šŸŽ§

I’m not sure these ā€œallegationsā€ etc should be made public until any sort of enquiry is done

What if there is nothing in it ?

Irrelevant, the damage is already done.
What irks me is that the D'Acampo's career will forever now be tarnished yet the accusers keep their anonimity. That just doesn't sit right with me.

Would it make a difference if you knew it was Steve from finance or Jane the camera operator?🤷

Some accusers are named I believe but not all.
I agree that naming the accused prior to action is wrong, but part of the reason that many of these folk have got away with it for so long is because they have all the power/control so publicly speaking out without anonymity is far too risky for the accuser.

Just what you need after a long night shift .. the selfish idiot next door deciding to bring a van home.. parking it so my wife won't be able to go out so I've left my car out the way round corner ..oh and how much of the pavement does he want to block? Just leave it round the corner or drive your car round the corner so you can fit in on your actual driveway.

Is that some sort of shared driveway you have? Completely unacceptable by your neighbour. It's a big van. With luck he's moving out.

(I bet he reclines his seat on planes, too)

We once lived in a house with a shared drive - never again. The drive fed into 4 houses. The ignorance of others was something to behold. First thing on the tick list when moving was to not have a shared drive.

We don’t have a shared drive, but when the developers built our house in the 60’s they still made an error which causes us issues.

We live on a fairly wide plot, and have a gravel/stone drive extending the full width and length of the land to the front of the house. There are always at least three cars parked there, so it’s abundantly obvious to anyone with half a brain that it’s a driveway.

Alas, when the cul-de-sac we live on was built, the developers put a dropped kerb in front of every property apart from ours. I’ve never understood why.

The impact is that, quite regularly, when people visit neighbouring properties, they will park adjacent to the kerb, completely blocking us in/out.

I’m not paying to put a dropped kerb in, simply because I don’t see why I should. But I do wish people would use a degree of common sense and realise that, dropped kerb or not, we still need access to our house.

It is indeed a shared drive, a bad designed one because of the lamppost aswell. We can't get our cars off (well my wife's as we keep hers under the window) if someone parks on shared , but providing they aren't badly parked on the shared I can move in and out. Their side however has nothing there and has another car width drop curb to get out freely.

He won't be moving, he runs a furniture company and sometimes keeps things in his garage. He will either be dropping stuff off or fitting something in the house.

Luckily the otherside to us we have a good relationship with and his drive (providing no car is on) doesn't have a wall between ours and there's so I can reverse back and off his.

See below pic as to I mean about the entrance being much larger in his favour

After witnessing his behaviour when his drive was blocked by a Tesco van once I wouldn't want my wife to have to deal with it (altho she would have knocked him out she's tough as old boots!)

They were delivering our shopping and the poor guy blocked the shared drive. He Bibbs and bibs his horn. Gets out his car in road. Waves to me "hi Paul, how you doing" smiling then gets right in the driver's face and says "move your van. Park here again I'll smash your face in" then walks away smiling and waving to me

Psychopath

I think ITV still have it this year though the commentary isn't anything as good as ES.

Yep it's been mentioned on here. I love the cycling and cyclo-cross stuff. They actually have the nerve to advertise it as a benefit!
