They don’t need a sign, unless you’re completely naive you would know the prices would be high. My point was not the price rather the bloke crying into his Harp about it - has he ever been anywhere before, it’s expensive out there - suck it up!!!

My wife and I went for a 3 day stay many years ago. After dinner in the hotel on the first night we were ready to go exploring when we heard live music. The hotel had a small concert area - live music and a mini "Riverdance" style show. We never left. It was terrific. Next morning in bed my wife said "Eight".I’m off to Dublin today for the rugby on Saturday, sat in terminal 2 Heathrow as I type this.

I said "Eight what"? She said "Eight pints of Guinness you had last night". I said "How do you know"? She said "I had eight halves"!
On the flight back I said "Thirty two". She said "Thirty two what"? I said "Thirty two Guinness since we landed".
It's just too easy to drink and doesn't leave a hangover.
Sensible prices back then and every pub was appealing.

We quite liked the first series, it was a little different.
However the new series 2 has Lisa Vandepump as his opposition (how he works with the winner if they are from her "team" I don't know, ALL those taking part are American, the voiceover is American and they cost everything in Dollars......and it's filmed here (so far in London).
If they wanted to do it for American TV do it over there. We won't be waisting anymore time on it, and TBH is a big let down.

I had it for 18 months. Turned out to be my FJ golf shoes causing it. Binned the lot, swapped to Ecco and the PF went away.

Thanks, I have brought a bunch of special insoles for my main footwear (golf, dog walking & everyday) shoes but it's not going away :-(
